Candace Healthcare wanted to create an exhilarated Kick Off to their Sales Meeting in Las Vegas! A low-budget hunt that would take them throughout the Vegas Strip, as well as, allowing them to quickly bond and set the tone for a great four day meeting at the The Venetian.
The Solution
A tailor-made solution was designed for Candace Healthcare to suit the outcomes of their group. Facilitators, Play with a Purpose created a custom low-budget DIY Vegas Go Team Techno Hunt, and coordinated with the meeting planner onsite on how to download, and facilitate the game. A game controller stationed in Orlando Florida monitored the game live, scoring participants photos and trivia answers while they were completing them on the strip. Teams worked together to find an Elvis impersonator, name 10 things they all had in common, and many more Vegas themed challenges. Each activity was scored based on creativity. At the completion of the amazing race style treasure hunt, the points scores were already tallied and the winners announced to much cheeing and fanfare! Candace Healthcare organisers were enormously pleased with the results of their bespoke Go Team hi-tech team building activity in Las Vegas.
