L’Oréal Travel Retail Asia Pacific team held its 2015 strategic conference in Macau, participants were coming from all across Asia Pacific and included some of its members from the head quarter also. In the morning of their second day of conference, they wanted to motivate the team with a fun and competitive activity.
Having a group of participants coming from all across Asia Pacific, the digital Treasure Hunt, Go Team, provided the group an opportunity to venture through the old town of Macau and fulfilled their need for a fun and competitive activity. On this early morning, the L’Oréal Teams in their sharp pink uniforms were all ready to go. Teams could choose from a list of available tasks and challenges from the digital tablet to gain points, anything from taking an amusing team photo to a time pressured chopstick and marble challenge. Soon enough they discovered that they could also earn bonus points from answering the ‘on-demand questions’ that included questions about the L’Oréal company - just to stay in check that they still remembered about the company facts while out having fun! After an exciting morning, all 35 teams successful made their way back to the end location. While all the team photos taken during the activity were on display at the projector screen, the winning team was announced and members of the winning team were invited on stage to share about their winning strategies. It was a truly successful event, participants were happy and motivated to continue with the rest of the conference.
